PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS

All of the creams listed below :

Can be used several times a day.

Can be reapplied multiple times within 15 minutes for problem areas.

BACK PAIN RELEASE - For low back pain rub into low back and hip area. For mid back also apply to shoulders.

CHAMOMINT - Apply to area that needs relief. If the arm or hand is affected, rub into those areas and the neck. If the leg is your problem area rub into hip and low back as well.

JOINT RELEASE (KNEE, ELBOW, WRIST INJURY PAIN RELIEF) –

Apply to All sides of joint. Reapply as needed.

JOINT RELEASE (NATURAL NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN RELIEF) –

Use on neck and front and back of shoulder.

JOINT RELEASE (ARTHRITIS) –

Apply to All sides of joint. Reapply as needed.

TRANQUILITY/ANTI-ANXIETY/MIGRAINE NATURAL LOTION –

Use when anxiety or migraine first begins. Use on neck and small amount applied to temples.

TRANQUILITY/MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SPASTICITY LOTION –

Where you apply depends on where your spasticity is a problem. If it is in your legs apply to legs and lower back. Reapply as needed. If it is in your chest apply to the midback and your chest.

DREAM CREAM/NATURAL SLEEP AID/INSOMNIA LOTION –

Apply to hands, neck and a small amount to your temples an hour BEFORE bedtime.

If you have trouble staying asleep reapply when you awaken during the night.

STRESS RELIEF – Use on problem areas or just your hands for a quick, chill pill effect.

LAVENDER SOAP – FOR EXCEMA, PSORIASIS & ACNE –

Use daily at first then as needed. Careful, it is addictive and regular soap can seem harsh after using this soap.

NATURAL INSECT REPELLENT – LESSENS WEST NILE - NO INSECTINSIDE – Take a small absorbent cloth or a strip off an old towel, apply the product liberally. This fabric can be placed anywhere bugs and pests congregate. A strip can also be tied to a lawn chair, stroller, or around the top side of an animal’s collar. Remoisten as needed. One application should last several days or longer if in a covered area

1 OZ NATURAL INSECT REPELLENT, MOSQUITOES, FLIES, AWAY-

Apply cream to exposed areas such as neck, hands and arms. Also can be applied to clothing.
