Roman Chamomile oil is the Queen of Relaxation. Because of its high price it is usually a 10% solution, 100% is used here. It is anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, analgesic and antidepressant. Chamomile for tea is german chamomile, a whole different plant and latin name. This oil can help with a variety of problems such as migraine headaches, digestive disorders, chronic insomnia. It has anti-anxiety properties. Often described as soothing and can be used as a sedative.

Ylang ylang is an antidepressant. It can be a natural sedative, helpful with hypertension, insomnia and nervous tension.

Bergamot is used here for its antidepressant and analgesic effects.

Clary sage is used here for its calming effects.

It provides migraine relief and anxiety relief and it can also help constant headache, frequent headache, tension headache, stress headache and anxiety relief.
